This module introduces learners to the fundamental components of a computer system, including hardware, software, and their applications. It explains how input, output, and storage devices work together, differentiates between system and application software, and highlights the growing role of computers in everyday life and professional environments.

Module 2: Introduction to Operating System

This module helps learners understand the core functions of an operating system, including how to navigate and manage files, folders, and system settings efficiently. It covers desktop and control panel features, user account management, and basic troubleshooting techniques to maintain smooth system performance.

Module 3: Word Processing

This module trains learners to create, edit, and format professional documents using modern word processing tools. It covers inserting tables, images, and charts, managing headers, footers, and page layouts, and saving or printing documents in multiple formats for professional use.

Module 4: Spreadsheet

This module focuses on building proficiency in data organization and analysis using spreadsheet tools. Learners will practice data entry, formatting, and formula-based calculations, while also learning to create charts, graphs, and pivot tables, and manage data import and export across applications.

Module 5: Presentation

This module helps learners master the art of creating and delivering impactful digital presentations. It also emphasizes online professionalism, effective communication, and proper netiquette.
