INDUSFORWARD INSTITUTE, the training and skilling vertical of Goljyu Innovations Private Limited, was established with a clear purpose—to prepare young people to be industry-ready, relevant, and future-oriented. Most institutions struggle to bring industry practitioners into classrooms. At INDUSFORWARD, we address this gap directly by drawing our faculty from active practitioners and experts. Our team includes scholars from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani (BITS Pilani), pursuing their M.Tech in Cyber Security through the Work Integrated Learning Programme; an ex-scientist from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC); and national-level IndiaSkills representatives from Uttarakhand in domains such as Cloud Computing and Cyber Security. This mix of academic excellence and real-world expertise ensures that our learners not only grasp concepts but also understand how those concepts are applied in cutting-edge industry environments.

Through our association with the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance Sector Skill Council of India (BFSI SSC), we open opportunities for learners in the fast-growing domains of banking, finance, and insurance—sectors vital for both individual careers and the national economy. And through our collaboration with the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), commonly known as NIELIT, we ensure that digital literacy reaches learners at all levels.
Looking ahead, INDUSFORWARD INSTITUTE is preparing to launch programs in robotics, drone technology, and drone pilot training.
